I am the owner and CEO of ITC Creative Branding a fifth-generation national promotional marketing company founded in 1898. Since joining ITC Creative Branding, I have been responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of internal systems that create and deliver the company’s services and products, including policies and procedures, staffing and performance management, quality assurance, customer service, information
technology and sales and marketing. I work closely with Larry, the fourth-generation co-owner to develop new business while collaborating with business clients to develop innovative,
creative, and strategic marketing solutions to build their brand and achieve their goals.

Larry Manshel

I’m a proud, hard-working fourth-generation family man, privileged to lead the family business that my great-grandfather founded back in 1898. Continuing his legacy and navigating its evolution into the 21st century is both thrilling and challenging. Today, our clients enjoy not only innovative and creative promotional products but also expert marketing and strategic planning services that help grow their businesses. These value-added services have positioned us as industry leaders and trusted partners, working collaboratively with clients to drive brand loyalty and achieve their goals.

Rose Manshel

Hello! My name is Margaret Rose Manshel, and I am ITC Creative Branding’s 5th Generation Co-Owner. I love helping with day-to-day operations alongside my parents as they have helped me ignite a match under me to develop my creative side. As well as helping with ITC, I am also studying to become a therapist at Texas Christian University. With being a therapist, I cannot wait to be there for individuals when they need someone to turn to. This has helped me develop my nurturing side towards any individual. Alongside my career passions, I also have an immense passion for homemade crafts such as blankets, sewing, and painting. I have also played as many as 6 sports so far in my life including: volleyball, cross country, track, soccer, cabbage ball, and pickleball.

Natalie Vallejos

Hi, I’m Natalie Vallejos, ITC’s Sales Support Specialist! I’m relatively new to the promotional products industry, but I’ve quickly discovered a passion for helping brands make a lasting impression. I love collaborating with clients to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring they feel confident and excited about the products representing their brand.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three wonderful girls—Arleigh, Noah, and Lorelai. I’ve been with my amazing partner, Kyle, for eight years, and together, we enjoy making the most of family life. Whether I’m doing arts and crafts with my girls, listening to true crime podcasts, or having a dance party to Taylor Swift, I cherish every moment. My dream is to one day live on a farm surrounded by animals!

Denes Hongyongco

Hey there! I’m a 26-year-old Filipina living in the Philippines, and I work as the Production Manager at ITC, where I make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. By night, I’m focused on my career, and by day, I’m a proud mom to my daughter Ava, my little mini-me. She and my amazing sneakerhead partner, are truly my world! I also love dropping by my mom’s place—she’s a talented jewel appraiser, which is probably the reason I have a soft spot for gold! We always have a good laugh together, and it’s one of my favorite things. I’m all about good food (always hunting for delicious eats) and cherishing my solo time—diving into crime documentaries or reading spooky stories. They actually act as my melatonin and help me sleep! (Crazy, right?!) My go-to Starbucks drink is a White Chocolate Mocha, and being a Filipina, I definitely can’t go a day without my rice, three times a day! I’m also obsessed with all things girly—skincare, lashes, nails, you name it! The best part? Living in the Philippines means I get to indulge in it all without breaking the bank.
